wavy video then lock up

I may have found something of interest from my side, I found in the System log a warning that says: "The server service was unable to recreate the share GBPVR because the directory D:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR no longer exists. Please run "net share GBPVR /delete" to delete the share, or recreate the directory D:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR." I recreated the directory and am testing to see if that helps, but it has not locked up so far.

Hmmm...interesting serverguru, very interesting.

I don't think I have the same problem per se though, since I don't actually lock up--the video just goes all wavy and there's a "ticking" sound coming through the speakers. Gets worse/faster if I run Outlook; doesn't seem to happen at all if I run nothing whatsoever besides GBPVR. I checked and I do have that directory too.

Dang--wish somebody had an answer, otherwise I'm going to be forced to find another tuner. And I like GBPVR.....
