In case others have this problem -
After upgrading to 1.3.7 I couldn't see PVRX2 in windowed mode.
I noticed that CURRENT_USER\Software\devnz\WindowHeight and WindowWdith were both 0, and WindowPosX1 and WindowPosY1 were some large numbers.
I tried to reset these but found after struggling and pulling out my hair, found out that PVRX2 must be closed before changing the registry settings, otherwise PVRX2 resets them to the 'wrong' values. There might be another way solve the problem, but this worked for me.
Try these values for a start.
WindowHeight = 435
WindowPosX1 =0
WindowPoxY1 =0
WindowWidth 774
