Hauppauge remote stops working

Here is the latest...

If I click on any window accept the active GB-PVR window my hauppuage remote stops working. If I click back on the GB-PVR window then all is well again. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

My setup:
I have GB-PVR running on a P3 750, with 512MB of Ram, on Windows XP Pro SP1, with a 120GB hard drive, and a PVR350. I connect to this machine through a wireless network card through Remote Desktop.

Thats just the way the Hauppauge remote software works. Its sends keystrokes to the active window.

That said, with a PVR350 remote, you should be able to kill the ir.exe process and enable the 'direct access to hauppauge remote' setting in the config app. This will then work regardless of whether the application is the active window or not.

After I removed IR.exe from starting and restarted "direct access" is working great.
