Using SQLite Database Browser while GBPVR is working?

Hi,

Sorry for the newbie question, but -

If I use the SQLite Database Browser (yeah, I backup the gbpvr.db3 before I dare), while the recording service is active, and the only changes I make are to a show's description column, can I mess things up?

I mean - is it doing per-entry locking? Something else? Do I need to edit, and save changes immediately for every change?

I dont know for sure (not familar with SQLite Database Browser), but I'm guessing it could some locking issues, so I'd suggest being careful.

If I assume the following, will I be fine?
1. It isn't doing any locking whatsoever.
2. Every operation is done strictly via SQL commands / queries.
3. I am only touching the description of shows that have been previously recorded.

Of course, #1 and #2 I plan to ascertain by looking at the source code...
