USB-UIRT and GBPVR

I am new to GBPVR and am still in the setup process. I have previously used SageTV with a USB-UIRT and Logitech Harmony remote with great success.

If I am using the USB-UIRT with GBPVR, what is the best remote for my Harmony remote to mimick so there is minimal issues to setup and/or overcome?

I've tried mimicking both the Hauppauge and more recently the MCE.

I think the Hauppauge one is better personally, and only don't use that currently as my new samsung tv started to use the same codes as the hauppauge remote.
