TV Guide Page Skip - Is this possible ?

I have been trying to get the TV Guide to shift (right or left) a page at a time. At the moment I have to use my (right or left) shift button to move a program at a time. I'm sure there must be a way to do this, perhaps already discussed on this forum but I can't seem to find it. Any ideas please ?

The ff/rw buttons go 2 hours, and the skip buttons go 24 hours. I'm not sure which exact keypresses those are as I'm not near my gb-pvr box, but they're same as whatever you use to ff/rw and skip in a recording or video.
