is there an image quality improvement from 1.3.11 to 1.4.7?

It's not that HDTV looks bad or anything, I was just curious. I'm currently using 1.3.11 and don't want to go through the hassle of reinstallng everything. I tried upgrading, but found the TV mapping a bit more tedious than the previous version so I reverted back, but I would upgrade again since I like to squeak out any possible enhancement for my HDTV viewing pleasure. thx

Image quality is pretty much going to come down to your video decoders and video card drivers. GB-PVR is not doing the frame decoding or display of the frames, so new releases of GB-PVR wont make any difference to this type of thing.
