No i have none antenna on my roof. I have cable tv and i pay for it.
I believe that my setup box (motorola vip1920 9cdb) is for dvb-c and yes there is a card inside it

From what I've read in your comments, you've got a DVB-T card but want to watch DVB-C. That aint going to work. A DVB-T tuner cannot tuner DVB-C signals.
You can possibly receive an analog signal, by connecting the svideo/composite connector on your cable box to the svideo/composite connector on the Conexant Raptor, then setting up an analog capture source in the config app (configured for the svideo/composite input). In this type of setup though, you'd typically need to add an ir blaster so that GB-PVR can tell the cable to change channels when it needs to. |
