hi,
since i installed a new motherboard & processor & graphics card, the PVRX2 I is very slow, it takes about 2 seconds to scroll from one main menu item to the next!
(also, i experienced severe stuttering in tv mode, which was remedied by setting ForceAudioReferenceClock to true.)

can you provide details of:

Hardware (motherboard, cpu, ram and graphics card)
Renderer being used (VMR, EVP, overlay)
version of windows used

Run gbpvr in a window and run windows task manager at the same time. what is the cpu load like?

If you are using drivers that came with windows, install graphics card drivers from manufacturers website

What happens if you set renderer to overlay?

Reproduce the problem and upload a set of log files for someone to take a look and see if there is anything obviously wrong with your setup)

i've got an ASUS P43DE, C2D E8500, 4GB RAM and GeForce 6200LE.
i tried all renderers, and the problem appeared everywhere except VMR9 Fullscreen exclusive.
CPU load is about null, like it should be...
i installed the latest forceware drivers.
so i am a bit baffled..

What resolution are you running?

The GeForce 6200LE is pretty old and slow these days.
