Is there a master list of key combinations for NPVR? I took a quick look but didn't find it.
I have a number of keys on the Hauppauge remote that don't seem to work (like pause), but I'm pretty sure it is just key mapping in IRREMOTE.INI

Nice tip.

As for changing colours I think you still support Ctrl-B for info so there might be other legacy logic. If this is the only difference what about Alt-R ?

Keeping all the colour keys would help me - Alt-B, Alt-G, Alt-R and Alt-Y would be good.

I initially didnt support that one use of Ctrl-B either, but got hassled into it. I dont personally use it though. I'd been tempted to replace it with the 'i' key on most remotes.

Hmm maybe. I havnt really used Alt- for other things, so a Ctrl key might be better. As ACTCMS says though, we could change all the colour keys to Alt-.

Alt keys work for me, assuming irremote.ini and MCE remotes use Alt as as easily as Ctrl.

i like the MCE info key as well for cntrl-b...it's how i use it for ages..
alt keys would have to be reprogrammed for mce remote, as i don't think it uses any natively..
[but not a problem using my mce-no-software trick in my sig..]

The info key on the Hauppauge remote is also labeled as the menu key which causes another conflict.

Another problem is that the Stop key (ctrl-s) is also used to toggle sorting in Recordings, so if I accidently press Stop twice is screws up my sorting and makes a lot of confusion. I'd wish to use Alt-S for sorting (perhaps mapped to Green key).

http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...dReference is only one i know of..
all currently used keystrokes except for that one, are same as gbpvr..[tho some aren't used anymore as he said]

on MCE remotes info key is also labeled 'More' [but button has 'i' on it] but i map cntrl-b to it on both it and haupp. remote Smile

i just want to make sure no remapping of mce remotes is needed cuz then it won't be plug/play.
