device not found

I have just upgraded to 2.3.6 version, while NPVR says the device [DBV-T DiCom BDA Digital Tuner] is present and enabled,with 40 channels and I can update the EPG without problems , when i try and view live TV it says the device is not found.
I have rebooted and it is the same. what am I missing??
I have used the program often in the past 18 months and it has worked well.

win 7 home 32bit , Toshiba satellite , with a Kaiser Boss usb tv digital tuner

Can you reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the log files?

Usually they're found at \Users\Public\NPVR\logs

i have now removed and reinstalled the program and it seems to be working now, must have been a dodgy install, thanks for your help sub

the errors in your log looks like your firewall was getting in the way; perhaps by removing and re-installing it your firewall 'saw' the program again and prompted you to allow its communication.
