hardware decoder addition

I notice that under the Playback tab of the configuration program, there is not any support for the WINTV PVR USB2 as a Hardware Decoder. However, it is my understanding that the WINTV PVR USB2 is like the 350 card in that it also has hard PVR. I would like to see that option reflected in the Hardware Decoder in the next version.

There is a good reason this...the WINTV PVR USB2 does not contain hardware decoder. In fact, it doesnt even have a tv out.

This device is all about input, and is effectively just an external version of the PVR250.

This device does have a hardware ENCODER, which is used to convert analog tv signals into MPEG2 files.
