Hiya all
First I want to say thanks to sub for this awsome program. Thank you for this really cool program, it is so nice and flexible!
Then I would like to share what I found out regarding the audio out of sync problem.
I have the Hauppauge PVR USB 2 box and are getting delayed audio in "live TV".
It seems like sync is fine when I do a recording. Even if I use timeshift in "Live tv" it suddently works fine again. The problem only exists when viewing "Live tv" without recording or timeshifting.
I have tried to place the livetv buffer on another drive and I have tried to defrag, but it didnt help.
The funny part is that I still have WinTV2000, and if I watch live tv from here, everything is in sync.
Now, I know that GB-PVR dosnt have anything to do with the decoding, but remmind you that both GBPVR and WinTV2000 are using the same drivers. Something is different in the frontends.
Sub, you really should try to figure out what hauppauge is doing in wintv2000 to not get this problem.
Comments or sugestions are very welcome.
Best regards,
Wrecked
