UK HD crashing when subtitles active

After finding an updated version of the DVB Subtitle spec from this year, I've now updated the application to dynamically detect and support these HD DVB Subtitles using the new "display definition segment" packet.

This update will be included in the next release.

thanks, as I,m hard of hearing I need the sub titles, when do you antisipate the next release be?

I'm not sure at this stage. Probably some time in the next three to four weeks.

I notice that stream also had Teletext subtitles though - and they seem to work, so you can at least use those as a work around in the meantime.

This might just be the same problem I'v seen on a few recordings done from dvb-t HD, npvr crashes if subtitles are turned on, but I haven't got around to report if. I'll try those recordings on the next release
