Cheers Martin,
The entries at 7:16 are actually from when I woke the PC up after it had gone to sleep during my testing, and NPVR must have just picked straight up again.
As it happens, it appears the problem was MST (MCE standby Tool) which I had forgotten was installed, and must have been on there for a reason at some time.
I wasn't able to open the configuration for it, so closed it and was able to stream for an unlimited time when waking using WOL.
Now I'll just need to check it goes back to sleep after I finish the stream.
Thanks for your help.
