What xvid encoders do people use?

What do people use to encode their mpegs to xvid/divx.

I had done a few with the autogk command line but can not get them to be transcoded back on the mvp. Preferably one with a command line so I can batch it at night.

AutoGK is what I use, but I don't use an MVP. Have you tried using the DIVX encoder option in AutoGK instead of Xvid?

Yeah, you'll find that for any GOOD Xvid/Divx encoding it can easily take several hours to get the file encoded. People complain about how long it can take AutoGK to encode a video, but I can't complain, when I can take a 5 to 6 gig DVD file, and compress it down to about a Gig and still retain the quaility, including an AC-3 audio stream.

Real Time compression with DIVX and my LifeView Walker ultra always produces less quality at a larger file, then being able to do a 2 pass compression with AutoGK.
