The tuner settings in NextPVR just send commands to change channels. You could also tune to the shows manually and capture with NextPVR but it is better with sub's capture4me application.

Perhaps you have heard of Google or Bing? You still need to manually tune but direct recording is easier.

I'm not aware of any 4k capture devices that could be used at this stage.
