Hi,

I have noticed a strange Kodi Timeshift behavior lately. After I have paused TV for some time and I come back and press play again, it momentarily goes back to a previous time to play and then it again switches back to where I was to continue watching...

I can't tell from the logs which is the pointer requested every time so can you possibly take a look and see if you see something peculiar in there?

Logs that have the timeframe when this happened should be in nrecord.log.3 file.

Thanks and regards

That would be expected behavior if you pause longer then the scroll back buffer. Please include kodi debug logs if you require additional help.

Although the new forum layout is not clear on this, I believe Kodi support questions should still go in the Kodi sub forum

Thanks Martin, is there a Kodi section (under NextPVR v5 Support)? I don't see it in the list in the home page...I'll try and reproduce using debug in Kodi.

The general Kodi section is fine since the addon is for version 4 and 5.
