Failure of playback

I hope that somebody can help me with the above problem


I have recently had to reset up my computer due to a disc problem

I can at the moment  record programs but am unable to have them played back.  I get at message which states that I need to have Mpeg 1 set up in the

decoding area. I have tried to alter this area but the Mpeg1 area reverts each time back  to disabled

I am at the moment watching these Recorded TV programs in the Windows 10 area

You probably forgot to install the 32 bit LAV decoder. Make sure it is installed and enabled and if still doesn't work follow the proper support procedures and include your zipped logs.
