I'm using Windows 11 Pro, 64 Bit.
to be fair, my install of windows 11 is very debloated, but it really shouldn't be messing with the letters surely? I'm just about to test that beta UTF-8 thing.

I think debloating could very well be the problem.

Perhaps try running NextPVR with your user credentials? Maybe they stripped other accounts.
