Hi all,

Sorry another newbie question, before buying a pvr350 i tried to do a bit of research and found a couple of forums that suggested that you can't use this card with a digital stb.

is this true?

and if not, what are my options?

Yes you can use this card with a digital stb. You'll need to connect to the stb using svideo or composite. Changing channels on the stb depends on the stb model and your preference. You can use an IR blaster like the Actisys IR200L or USB-UIRT, or use the serial cable via girder. I also provide an .exe channel changer which can run an external program to change channels.
