Which is the best MPEG decoder?

I'm building a clean machine, and have the choice of installing both Cyberlink PowerDVD and Intervideo WinDVD.

Which does everyone think is best for use with GBPVR?

windvd supports vmr9, powerdvd doesnt (and vmr9 is better, it looks nicer, needs more cpu, but looks nicer).

but i found powerdvd does produce better results imho. but then again i tried both, and use dscalar 5 (which is free).
