I can't get live TV to work keeps coming up with error about not being set. I have the card working on beyondtv. but no sount on wintv. I tried GB-PVR because of the cost has anyone had this card working

In config, playback tab, take the tick OUT of "live preview if possible"
See if that makes a difference.

Yes, as reboot said, disable live preview mode in the config app. Alternatively, try setting deinterlacing to 'none'.
