MVP cant get connection to GBpvr Server

Hello Folks,

i am new and want to test the gbpvr system with my hauppauge MVP.
i installed the software on my pc and configurated all nessesary things but my MVP does not connect to GBPVR!?

i normally use the built in MVP desktop on another PC and this i deactivated für my test. when i activate the MVP system my device gets connection immediadly, so it cant be foult of the MVP device.

is there anybody can give me some hint...

You say you have configured all the necessary items, but I will throw this out for help. If you have the MVP software already on your computer, you need to disable the MediaMVP services. (control panel>administrative tools>services) Then make sure you have selected 1 in MVP server autostart in Config for GBPVR. Unplug the MVP for a few seconds, plug it back in and it should find GBPVR. Good luck.
