I just tried to download gbpvr off the website. Everytime I try to install I get Error 1335: "cabs.w1.cab" is corrupt. The only post I could find in the forum just says to do a clean install. I have tried three times and get the same error. How can I install the softwrae properly.

Sounds like you're having download problem and the file is corrupt or somthing similar. Everyone else that downloads the file manages to be able to install it, so I dont think there is anything wrong with the software.

Well Let me the second one to run in to this error. I installed it last night 1.0.016. I unistalled it this morning, redownloaded the program, now I can't install it it because of this error. I also get an internal error 2350 when I try to ignore it. what's going on

Hello,

I first ran the vcredist_x86.exe because this it the first time that I have installed GB-PVR. I already have v2.0.50727 in the C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework folder.

I would appreciate any help because I am anxious to try out GB-PVR. ATI software does not work for me.

Other Info that may be pertinent:

Yesterday I installed the trial version of Snapstream Beyond TV. I think that this created a new user account named "ASP.NET Machine A..." I don't know if this is causing a conflict.

I recently installed the ATI TV Tuner 550. Attempting to watch TV, or viewing video from a movie camera using the dongle, results in escalating CPU usage (even after I close the tuner software) until the mouse and keyboard freeze. ATI support admits that this problem happens and that the only recourse is to install Windows XP fresh installing ATI before any other software that may be causing conflicts.

Windows XP SP2 fully updated.

I am using the Asus M2A-VM motherboard with integrated ATI X1250 video and a Athlon 64 x2 3800+AM2 processor and 2GB DDR2-667 RAM

Same '1335' error here.

The CRC32 for the file I have downloaded (4 times) is D8504219
The MD5 is 73F1C1D41EF6B02ECB912D2E12776063

Can someone confirm if these are correct?

Apparently the bad file has been replaced because a fresh download installed without error.

Thanks.
