TV All Static No Picture

So a weird thing happened yesterday. I started getting on the PVR all static on both TV tuners. I wasn't sure if it was my connection, so I installed WinTV2000 (ah!) but the picture is fine. I even tried the GBPVR tunning assistant and I get a picture there. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Check your country selection, tuning type (cable/antenna) and channel numbers.

Both are set to USA and cable same as they have been for weeks. I check both sources too.

Also check if other settings have changed. I found that sometimes, in a previous version and under very weird conditions, some of my config went back to default values, but not all.

I recommend you go over all the details from the beginning - capture sources, channel listing, channel numbers, channel changer, etc.

Is there a way to go back from scratch and start all over.

You can always remove the capture sources and then add then from scratch, but it's a longer process, I don't recommend it.
