question on a new setup...

Hey guys- I am pretty new to this - got a question about a new setup..

I have an old Dual P3-500 Dell Poweredge 1300 that is running windows xp on a hard drive with 30GB free + a spare 100GB drive for storage.

I am thinking about adding the PVR150 to it to capture my comcast cable.

Here is where I needed some advice:

What should I get for my TV Out card? Do you guys have any suggestions?

Anything I need to know about it?
