So yeah you were right with only needing 1 IR receiver plugged in I found out the other one wasn’t doing anything anyway. I attempted to write a batch file after reading all about it on the net and I got it to run winmine.exe without problem. However when I put Ir.exe into the batch it came up with a generic “Windows cannot find Ir.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly etc...”. and I’m 100% sure I put in the right location. Oh some days I just LOVE windows *sigh*
