Unfoturnately the logs are helping me figure out how your scheduled rules are working especially for Let's Make a Deal.

I fell your database has some issues though mixing WOIO-DT and WOIOHD  and I expect rules with WOIO-DT won't work.  We'd probably need the database to check.
