I have made some tweaks to other parts of the skin, mainly the settings screen in system. looks much better now.

I seem to be having some problems with the recordings screen, it looks like the items in the list are stretched, like they should be 70 tall and they are 100. I noticed this when I basically copied the settings for the recordings screen over for the settings screen, and ended up with a bunch of blank space.

also, what is this list, details, filmstrip view that is in the skin file? can you switch between them? or are the tags just there to prevent log messages?

haha figured out the youtube skin, it seems sub has included a background for this list where he hasn't before, kinda makes it a pain to get everything the same size, since the size is specified twice.

list view doesnt do anything, neither does the station list, just detail view.
the station list size must match the size of the background image, or weird crazy distortion things happen.

FINALLY, I added my red version to the wiki, you guys let me know what you think about it, and let me know what you think could be better, I am very open to suggestions.

besides being red there are some differences to the original sassari skin:
I tweaked the recordings list, the settings screen, and the youtube plugin, I made all of the lists 1:1 pixel mappings, they were being scaled before. also the TV guide is nine channels, it maintains the aspect ratio of the channel logos, and I think there is plenty of room on the screen for the extra channels (I personally show 3 hours worth of shows in the guide).

dottore, you might want to take a look at my changes and maybe fold them back into your version.

i added a new version to the wiki containing ted's changes to some of the skin-files. thanks for your hard work!

Updated the original and installed red. Love both versions. It will be nice to be able to switch between the two colors. Don't use the guide yet since my satelitte isn't setup right so I can't comment but I did like the other changes. One thing I noticed about the red version was that glosser doesn't seem to work.

Would really be cool if Sassari had an option to switch between multiple colors from within the skin. Blue, red, green, etc.... I'm not a skinner so I don't know what's involved, maybe to much work to do something like that.

I dont have the source for the glosser, but I made some specific changes that are only for my red version, such as different buttons in the popups because of the whole problem with black buttons being hard to tell from the white ones on the popup. also I changed every skin file to refer to background.png, because it has fewer artifacts than a jpeg version.

if anyone has video archiver and wants to let me know how that looks in red, I would appreciate it, since I don't use it.

you could simply use the built-in skin-switcher: rename the sassari folder to sassari blue, the red one to sassari red, change gbpvr to use one of those skins, start it, go to the system screen -> settings and change the skin.

the glosser is a very bad peace of software. it just replaces image-files and skin-files. i am thinking of replacing it with a better program.

dottore, we are missing the reminder listing color in the tv guide,

speaking of, I havent changed my tv guide in a while, because I use the 9 channel one I edited, have you made any changes to it recently?

there is a bar at the top indicating the time a recording will take place and there is also a red glossy dot in every recordings-listing. do we mean the same?

I think so, but there is a new/different class for that of "reminder" so the namedcolors are "ReminderListing" and "SelectedReminderListing" as well as adding the composite image "StatusReminderIndicator"

however, I cant seem to get the colors to work, just the indicator, I have no idea why it wont work, it works in the blue skin, but not sassari I wil probably ask sub if I cant find anything on the forums
