In my case, there are no files to show when the crash occurs.

I looked into this as I thought it was some issues with the skin.xml (as I use the working community skin (with the hybrid view).

By the way, the log shows more caching of folder images after this exception, like two to four more runs before everything stops.

The caching seems to be running for over 10 sec (and it takes a long time for all images to show in Community skin as well). I do not know if this is related to the problem though.

If you place at least one video file in the folder, does it still crash?

Yes, it crashed anyway.

N.P. As I said earlier, I just started to look into this myself as there where three reports on the problem.
And as I really love this plugin (my main app actually) I thought I should try and fix it...

Videos Library works fine for me, as I don't use neither the Blue skin nor Slick.

Anyone who is having issues with the plugin crashing PVRx2, can you zip and post your pvrx2.exe.log file after reproducing the issue? 7ore, I'm unable to reproduce your crash so I'd like to take a look at the full log.

A wish for a enhancement.

I sat and played around with the skin tonight and got an idea.
I changed the the listview to show the title (from the .xml) instead of the file name.
That looked great as the file names can be really long and hard to read.

But I miss the episode numbers instead. So I have asked Javawiz if he can add Season and Episode info to the xml-file (until then I can add it manually).

So two things; I would like to have this info read by the Videos Library so it may be used in any views. Second; it would be great if there where a fall back so if no xml exist, the filename shows instead.

No hurry. Just an idea for future improvement while learning the code.

Not sure if this is already possible...

Using the Slick skin and xml from WizMetadataGrabber, I get the episode duration <RunningTime> showing top right.
I'd prefer to see the transmission date <ProductionYear>

Can this be done? I suspect VideosLibrary may need a tweak to make the variable 'visible' to the skin
