When I download the self extracting zips they run through then at the end give the error "..can't find 'c:\program' "

has anyone else seen this?

So....do the SFX extract the files and runs the batch file ?
There is noting that has a c:\program in the sfx or bat files......it might have to do with Winrar, that on my PC is installed to c:\program\winrar\

The files should be extracted to the dir baseskin/allbaseskins/
The the batchfile copytheme.bat shall run and copy files to all dirs.
The start GBPVR to see the new theme.

Since my last post I was able to open the .exe with WinRAR and extract the files manually.

Previously it looked like it was extracting but then failed when it tried to run the batch file.

Just noticed with the black-steel skin that the 'video' button from video the archive plug in dissapears. It comes back it I choose another skin.

Weird?

As a workaround you download winRAR and use it to open and extract the executable into your skins directory. You then manually run the createthemepack.bat

This must be a WinRar bug. It seems like the SFX is looking for some part of WinRar and tries to find it in my WinRar install dir. (c:\program\winrar\)
Windows have many names for %programfiles% It can be Program Files, Program, Programme ......so I dont know how to find a workaround. I will install WInRar to Program Files and see if that makes any difference for you. But at the moment I'm changing the XMLs....to wider TitleLogos and new Button X position to add more flexibility to the XMLs This will enable more skinning options.

I havent paid that much attention to the plugins. So I have no idea.
This weekend I changed the buttons X postions it the skins, so I have to redo all the baseskins. I have fixed a lot of stuff here and there, to get a better quality feeling.
But this will mean a new BaseSkin and all new ThemePacks.
The BaseSkin will have all existing plugins in the skin, the next time.
I have made approx 15 ThemPacks of various quality by now.
But some are really nice and it is really cool that all plugins updates.
I will start to write the changes on the Wiki, while I remeber them.

By the way. Did you see that the ZIP content should be in a subdirectory to AllBaseSkins ?
eg ,\BaeSkin\AllBaseSkins\AdVisor.XXXXX\ and then run CopyTheme.bat in the AdVisor.XXXX dir, to change the theme.

I haven't figured out how a Theme changer should work....yet
