Thanks for lightning fast responses.
I'll try it tomorrow.

Ok, let me know. I'll remove the change from the code until you confirm it works.

Bugger. The graph looks fine now, but still not working. I dont really know what to suggest.

The strange thing is that it seems to be working fine for other users.

I have seen posts from other users with same problem before. I wonder if anybody realy managed to fix it or they just do what I do - go back to 96.12.

So replies appreciated from users with ATSC cards and DVR-MS muxer ???

Admittedly, ATSC support is the poor cousin to DVB in GB-PVR when it comes to working smoothly for everyone. The fact of the matter is that ATSC is not used in my country, which makes supporting it very difficult. That said, I'm sure it is working for some v0.98.8 users, since I have some ATSC users doing pre-release testing for me (daphatty etc).

If everyone was having to go back to older versions otherwise we'd be hearing a lot more about it.

I'm sure a lot of people with ATSC tuners enjoy 98.8. I'm just saying that there were others with this problem so there must be somebody with solution !!!

I too continue to have way too many 5.5kb files from my ATSC recordings. I used to be able to record directly to mgp too, but now must use DVR-MS. When I really want a recording, I use my pvr-250 on analog.

I am testing the patch to see if I have any good results.

All of Serg's recordings are 5.5kb. Did you have some successful recordings, or none like him? I think something more fundamental is going wrong on his setup.

Ok. Not all of my recordings are 5.5KB. I get some good ones as well. Some time the first file is 5.5KB but the second one is good. And lately I got couple of pairs where the first file was XXX KB and the second one good.

When I start the recording and watch the destination folder and the destination file created is 95.5MB in size right away I know is going to good. If its 5.45KB then in about 15-20 seconds second file shows up and the first one becomes 5.5KB. Some times second file is created in just under 10 seconds after the first one and then it is usualy good one.

Hope it helps.
