error playing back currently recording show

Doesn't help unfortunately, i wonder if running show analyzer instead of comskip would make this problem go away?

For what it's worth, I'm running ShowAnalyzer and the latest GB-PVR patch and I don't see this behavior at all.

Sorry, no it doesn't. To further complicate things, since yesterday, I have tried with a few recordings using the "turn off automatic comskip"-method, and a few times it has happened even then Don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but every time I have tried with auto-skip on it fails with the above symptoms, and sometimes when I set auto-skip off it fails.

It also seems to be that if a recording starts acting up it continues to do so even if I exit out to main menu and try again. I have not yet tried exiting gbpvr and restarting it (other than to change to on/off setting with regard to auto-skip)

Can you try the attached patch? It wont fix anything, but it will generate a big log files, which will help me narrow down exactly where the error in the offending bit of code is occurring.

Yes, SA is running while the show is recording.
