Try hitting the F1 key on your keyboard while watching Live TV. It works in allmost all skins.

I am using the MCE remote so when I press guide I get the mini guide. I will try the F1 when I get home tonight and see what that displays. Is the mapping different on the MCE remote?

Thats just a skinning thing. The blue skin just shows a small skin of a couple rows, since I didnt want to obscure too much of the screen. It can just as easily adjust the skin to show the more rows, or with a layout that looks more like the normal TV Guide if this is what you prefer.

You'll probably find the easiest option for you is to use another skin that already does this, but if you cant find one, its reasonably to change yourself.
