BTW, I tought about it (for a sec, not more), and now that without the "flush" the logs are not very meaningful, I think I will run in one of two modes: either "no-flush + Error" or "flush + Debug". the flush could be then just tied automatically to the "debug" mode... Smile

I did consider something like that, but decided any against changing it at this stage. The flush setting isnt new, its always been in the config.xml. I only added a checkbox for it because some of the pre-release testers seemed to be having problems changing channels with the flushing enabled.

They not entirely useless. It depends on the type of error. I definitely agree that they're less useful though.

will do later and report (as this is a client machine, no real need to backup db3 - no?)

correct, no need to backup db3 file, but I should point out that client and server really need to be running the same version.

UPDATE: Ok, repair install didn't seem to have effect but un-install and re-install fixed it (interesting, I didn't check the gbpvr folder after the uninstall, and config remembered all my settings, mainly the fact that it's a client and where to connect).
So - problem fixed.

I did notice something now - when I connect to my GBPVR machine remotely (i'm using LogMeIn) - PVRX2 doesn't show at all but gbpvr.exe does. (it's not related to the problem above). How come?

I dont know how LogMeIn works, but it may not be able to capture Direct3D screens. VNC works, but the XP and earlier Remote Desktop is also not able to capture the Direct3D screens (Vista Remote Desktop can).
