wireless keyboard and mouse on one unit, wired on the other. I had something interesting just happen. With the IR dongle disconnected pvrx2 finally changed channels on it's own.

I had no IR connected and it did this.

Try removing the wireless keyboard/mouse, and just use the remote.

Wireless mouse and keyboard on my one unit, but wired on the other, here is something interesting though, I had the IR receivers disconnected and it took a little longer but it still changed channels. .

I am currently trying WINTV to see if it happens in that app

There seems to be a keypress coming from somewhere. Because WinTV doesnt uses the same keys, its unlikely it'd also respond to it by changing channels.

If its not the keyboard/mouse or remote, then there must be some software running that is generating it or something similiar.

WINTV didn't do it, but PVRX2 did, with wireless removed.

As I said above, it's changing channels because a keypress is coming from somewhere. Because WinTV doesnt uses the same keys, its unlikely it'd also respond to it by changing channels.

You're the only person that has ever had this problem, so I'm certain it's not a GB-PVR problem.
