I'm having a prob finding a channel so I've been reading this thread with great intrest.

Could I edit my 3590.ini file just to include the transponders I want off Thor? (A Thor 2 ini)

You my have seen the thread in the wishlist I wrote about grouping the different transponders so I dont have to sift thru all the romainian and russian stuff to find the correct version of the channel I want.

I have the list I want from Lyngsat.com
NPVR Latest version on W7 Home prem, SAF 5, TT-1500 DVB-S with CI, conax cam, USBURIT, LM Remote, Hauppauge 45 remote, Abit K9, Athlon 64 X2 3600 with Zalman CNPS8700 fan, 2G Ram, HIS Radeon HD 5570 1GB, 60GB Corsair SSD sys disk, 500GB sata recording, 1TB Media, Siversotone LC17, TV: KDL40NX700AEP

Ok I've tried editing down by deleting the unwanted transponders but I get an error so I don't think I'm doing it right.

I also tried leaving the transponder nos. and just deleting the info (freq etc)

from the 3590.ini file I only want the following transponders

13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 51, 54, 57 & 58

Here is the latest ini fromjoshyfun for Thor 2,3 & Intelsat 10-02

Can you get me started

You would have had to rename the from 1=xxxx through to 12=xxxx,and updated 0=11. I'm guessing you just left the original numbering?

Thanx, got it! I had set it to 0=12, so no go.

Now I have to look into editing the cache file as I can't get some channels, even though the should be in the list.

T:12643,V,6874,34~P:61439~V:1024~A:1025~PMT:8192~PCR:1024~N:>Imparja
The settings I obtained from here:
http://www.vetrun.com/forums/showthread.php?p=71773
I've tried other combinations but no sound or video

Note: there is no space in "PCR". It just turns up that way with a copy/paste.

Hi Hasso,

Would be curious to hear if any updates on this - or wether its impossible to receive these channels via GB-PVR?

I havnt personally tried them myself, but feel free to give it a go. It should work by entering these tuning requests manually.

Still no joy on this... Any chance you can look into it (assuming you have a sat card in your setup?)

I'm a bit busy with some other stuff at the moment, but bump the thread in a few days and I'll take a look.
