thanks Sub, I tried that with tuner #2 (the strong one) and it still only picks up ABC, 7, and 10. I'm still missing SBS, and 9. Any other suggestions for what I could try?

There are some other uses in Brisbane. If they could send you their scan.cache then you can trick GBPVR into using this for mapping channels.
