GBPVR users stand up and be heard!

Added my 2c to the thread. Some of the feedback on our comments is getting a bit heated. Can I politely suggest, in the wider interests of the GBPVR community, that we keep comments and suggestions positive so it doesn't look like we're coming into their living room with muddy boots on ...

Yep true, we've probably said enough in there.

I do think setting your signatures to mention GB-PVR is a good idea. This way even if you're not asking GB-PVR specific questions in future, they'll still see the name and be aware that people are using GB-PVR.

I just went through that thread again, and while I see the thread getting heated in relation to bugs/firmware/communication/lack of features/and the environmental impact that human kind has on planet earth - I cannpt really see any of it directed at any of the gbpvr user's requests...in fact our putting in 2c seems to have been pretty much ignored.....

Also I do agree with your sentiments.... we can be the happy little gbpvr community.... Big Grin

BTW I added "environmental impact that human kind has on planet earth" for comic relief cos I'm a bit bored at work at the mo...And threads like that generally degenerate into petty little arguments anyway....

Yes I am and I upgrade my firmware right away each cycle. I think what Syabas is trying to say is when they implement new things the beta group's comments are considered seriously before a release. However I don't really see any indication that we set the direction for future offerings, in frace right now I don't have any more of an idea what is in the next beta firmware then the rest of you.
