GBPVR stops me from doing this. After scheduling two future records, attempting to schedule a third brings up the conflict resolution dialog. However, when watching one channel (I use timesfhift mode for live tv), GBPVR allows me to quick record two additional channels, which then will either kill one of the recordings or the currently viewed channel depending on which tuner it tries to commandeer.

When you're watching to live tv and try to schedule two recordings it should let you. One of the recordings will start instantly, the other will start shortly after, just after it kicks you out of live tv. It can take 20 seconds or so to kick you out.
My problem is that I can not load QAM and Analog channels on my dual tuner. I don't know if there is a specific way to do it, but what I'm doing is loading 4 different sources... 1. QAM Tuner Device #1, 2. QAM Tuner Device #2, 3. Analog device #1, 4. Analog device #2.
When I go to TV Guide it doesn't recognize any channels except the QAM Tuner 1 channels. These channels do not have sound or TV guide display (which is completely another issue).
I setup all my analog channels before and it was working fine, but I want to setup the QAM channels. I don't pay for QAM so this might be an issue, but from what I read the FCC requires some channels to be broadcast.
If there is any light you can shed on this issue I would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Are the analog channels listed in the TV Guide? It should list a combination of all the channels that are enabled across the capture sources you've defined. Is this what you're seeing or not? (check they're enabled)
Yes the channels are listed but when I check Enable all it enables them, but when I go to view them, they are not available. I go back to edit and they are not enabled. I think it's because i have it listed as QAM digital. Basically, I pay for basic cable, NO HD, and I want to enable QAM channels and have my basic cable channels enabled. Is there a standard way to do this or am I just completely screwed?
I just checked enable all and when i went back to see if all the channels were enabled only the ones I specifically mapped were (QAM channels). Does this make a difference? Thank you in advance.
That is normal behavior for digital capture sources. For the analog channels, you need to add an additional capture source (direct/analog recording source).
You should end up with 4 capture sources defined for each HVR-2250: 2 analog and 2 digital.
