Looks like sageTV users have similar issues here it their thread
Unibrain 1394 stack http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthre...88&page=73 It looks like it actually a microsoft driver issue - apparent mac firewire recordings are fine

I took a gander in the sageTV forums they see similar issues and believe its an microsoft driver issue (buffer?) as the captures seem to work well with unibrain drivers or on a mac.
Also, make sure your cable connections are good - that made a difference for me on some channels. CV |
