Basically the problem is happening because it looks in the .ts file to find the audio video streams, and finds the metadata says there is 13 channels in the transport stream, so its picks the first one and attempts to play it (which unfortunately was not the channel that really had audio and video in your recording). Whatever you used to record it kept the metadata saying there 13 channels, and just threw away the audio/video packets for all the audio video/streams it wasnt interested in.
GB-PVR, and most other TV apps, behave slightly differently to this, and instead rewrite the metadata to say there is only one channel in the transport stream. This way, during playback the player is gauranteed to pick the correct channel (and associated audio/video streams).
Sorry, there is nothing I can do about this at this stage. It would happen with transport streams files recorded with GB-PVR.
