I have the same problem. I've copied my channels from the EPG file that I have with PVRX2 but no tuning! What do I use as a Channel Changer? I have a Hauppauge PVR350. PVRX2 was set to "none required"

Yes I have. The only Channel Changing reference I see is for the USB version. The card I'm using is PCI.

And scan for channels BEFORE you started thinking about EPG? And do you have a STB connected? "I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy"

No STB. I'm direct to Analog Cable. I had to extract and register the file from WinTV7 as instructed in order for the device to show but I never got a scan channel option. Under Analog Recorder Settings, the Channel Changer field is blank.

Ah, analog is a different story. Once you have imported the channels from a xmltv-file (or added them with the Add button) you have to specify the channel number that corresponds to the frequency (in the leftmost coloumn) for each channel. Doesn't the Getting started thread say something about it?
If you have previously used gbpvr you should be able to get the channelnumbers from gbpvr's setup. EDIT: You don't need a channel changer unless you are using a STB. "I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy"

Thanks - I got it working. It was a combination of channel setup and decoders.
