This issue should now be resolved.

Just received word from rkulagow that SD issues were resolved. Just ran a test and the fetch time took only 2min, 36 seconds, as compared to yesterday where it took in excess of 40 minutes or longer.

I would judge that the issue is resolved!

Yeah, I agree, the performance looks much better now.
