Well, now it kind of works. I only get one station, in Spanish even.

You didn't include the most recent nrecord.log on your logs. Can you try again to switch between a couple of FM stations, then repost your npvr.log and nrecord.log?

It doesn't look like you've chosen the right tuner for FM. My HVR-2250 has it on the first tuner in NextPVR. If I try the second tuner, I get the same error as you have in your logs:

That fixed it right up. Odd that it would identify the FM tuner connection as #1 and the ATSC/QAM connection as #2. Thank you so much.
