If you click that 'view the message' button, what does it say?

I was unable to do a screen capture through RDP for that page so I took a picture with my cell phone. It is basically a grey screen with 4 little boxes at the bottom.

Odd, there is nothing really there. No messages. These are just the four window processes used for the four tuner cable tuners it detects.

You can set <EnableDRISupport> to 'false' in your config.xml file to stop it looking for devices like your Ceton, start NextPVR, then head to the Settings->Devices screen and delete your Ceton tuners.

That is what I will do then. I really wish Time Warner Cable did not copyright protect every single channel so I could use NPVR in conjunction with it and Kodi.

Your solution for the cable card worked! Thank you very much for your help. I am encountering a new problem now however. I can tune analog channels just fine with this new card but I have not been able to tune a single HD clear qam channel as of yet. When I try to tune them through Kodi it just says "tuner is no longer available" and when I try to tune them on the pc with the card in it itself they just come up as a black screen and that is it. I have tried just about every single renderer and decoder combination possible and it still only comes up with a black screen?

Are you sure you have any clearqam channels? most TWC users lost all clearqam a year or more ago. your logs aren't showing any signal locks.

did you do a scan with the new card or did you just copy over the channels from the old card? how long ago did you last have this working?

It was working fine with my avermedia card this morning. I had probably around 10 or so clear qam channels that were HD. Mostly they were just network stuff like CBS,NBC,FOX,ABC,PBS but my local network stations subchannels like Me TV, PBS sub channels and Retro TV were also clear qam in HD. I also got all of the CSPAN channels in HD. I initially started with the previous setup just migrated over to the new card but after that did not work I just went ahead and rescanned and it found the channels again as well as some others that I did not have before. I just can not tune them at all now. When I try to it just brings up a black screen on the pc with the card in it and the Kodi Nextpvr front end chews on it for about 30-45 seconds and then times out and says no tuner available.

It is actually finding all of the clearQAM channels that I am supposed to have it just will not tune them? My televisions digital tuner will find these channels and tune them in with just the regular RG6 coax plugged into the back of them so I know they work? It even pulls in some of the metadata for some channels and shows how much of the shows progress has already been shown. I thought it could possibly be my older RG6 coax cable so I went out and bought a new 3.5db splitter and made some brand new cables for it but it made no difference.

I remembered that my HP laptop came with a digital tuner card so I popped it in today and installed NPVR and it found all of my clearqam channels just fine and tuned them? Could it maybe be that the digital clearqam tuner on this ATI 650 HD has just gone bad?
