Double recording same show problem

So where I right click?

From the screen IN NPVR, right click anywhere on the screen. A menu will pop up. Select "About" then click the "Zip my log files for me, and show me where the zip file is" button near the bottom of that window.

Yes, it was scheduled twice. One had id=908, the other had id=922.

What does "id" mean?

ok, I got it, You mean NVPR application window, not NPVR directory in explorer or WinRAR.
But in NPVR "about", no option for "Zip my log files for me, and show me where the zip file is" ????

Like I wrote it is Right Click -> Settings -> About not Right Click -> About

I got it FINALLY. Now it all makes sense.
From NPVR application window, right click, goto settings>about. So simple.

Being a newbie,even simple obvious things are hard to follow.
And to experts, so obvious.

Like I said, it's impossible to set record twice on same show same time, or is it not?
