Plus AutoRemoveMissingRecordings in config.xml controls what NextPVR does when a recording file disappears from the recording folder ... Just re-saying what Graham said above, but without needing to go read the wiki...

"What's New" defaults to showing recordings made in the last 7 days.

NextPVR will delete a recording from it's database if the file has been deleted from the disk (unless you've set <AutoRemoveMissingRecordings> to false)
