You might want to get a replacement IR blaster for your HDPVR:

Thanks pkscout! I have BlastCFG fully working! I do not however, get any picture in nextpvr. Only a black screen. I will pay someone to help me get this to work. Please advise!

hdpvr-doug8796 Wrote:Not immediately, but sometime this week?This is just a hobby project - while sometimes we go as far as doing things like teamviewer, that is definitely not the normal way we provide support. For now, you best bet is to post the logs so we can see what is happening.

You might want to download (if you don't have it on a CD) the Hauppauge Capture application: http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/support/s...pture.html If you install and launch that you should be able to see if you can get a picture with that. If you can't then there are hardware/connection issues to solve. If you can, than you can start digging into NextPVR issues.

OK so, hauppauge capture works for me. How do I dump the log?
